They are looking for a Land Agent with an estate management background to join their Cambridge office. Offering a salary of up to £30,000 - £55,000 + car allowance + bonus.

Role & Responsibilities
1. Managing day-to-day Estate Management
2. Identifying maintenance requirements and setting up/managing Planned Maintenance Programmes
3. General management of Agricultural and Residential tenancies, some Commercial lets, sporting and forestry
4. Preparation of Digital Plans and implementation of Computerised Estate Terrier - Advise on and manage general rural professional matters
5. Strategically work with other departments to develop new sales opportunities and to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
6. RICS Qualified
7. CAAV qualification (desired)
8. Experience in rural valuations (desired)
9. Strong negotiating and presentational skills.
