Job title: Finance Manager (Fees & Costings)

In this role you will be responsible for the following:
* Business Partner the Business Development team with costing new and existing schemes / fee packages
* Document, standardise and automate costing processes across multiple legal entities
* Utilise CareCubed software for pricing analysis and to evidence increase requirements
* Identify legacy fee issues and opportunities
* Business Partner the Credit Control function to support timely query resolution
* Provide support, coaching and development to a small team, supporting with uplift process and reporting
* Support annual uplift negotiations with funding authorities
* Ensure standardisation of revenue and uplift recognition and reporting across Regions
* Seek best revenue recognition & costings practice across Group to improve data integrity and to drive process standardisation
* Identify increased care requirement, contingency or PBS input and ensure funding agreement is sought and reflected in agreed fees
* Reconciliation of different revenue streams vs invoice value and cash received identifying issues and appropriate resolutions
* Align costings to approved Business Cases, identify risks/opportunities and any variances that will impact profitability
* Identify opportunities to improve P&L performance
Requirements for this role:
* Accountancy qualification - studying towards or qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
* Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel.
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset
* Proven history of implementing and improving systems/processes
* Excellent communicator with the ability to succinctly summarise financial information in an easy-to-understand manner for various stakeholders
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work cross functionally with both finance and non-finance.
