Key Responsibilities
* You will advise clients across a broad range of Private Client matters within a supportive and well-resourced environment.
* You will act for a diverse client base, including families, business owners and high-net-worth individuals, providing tailored, pragmatic advice.
* Advise on Wills, Executries, Trusts, Tax Planning and Powers of Attorney.
* Handle complex estate and tax planning matters.
* Build trusted relationships with clients through a clear, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to support and grow the Private Client practice through cross-referrals.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Private Client work.
* Ideally NQ - 3+ years’ PQE, with a strong grounding across core Private Client matters (if NQ, ideally have completed 12+ months or more in PC seats).
* High level of technical competence, attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
