Job Title: Planning and Logistics Manager
Location: Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire, United Kingdom

Reporting To: Senior Operations Manager
Role Overview: Responsible for planning orders into production schedules and managing logistics for pickups and deliveries to ensure timely and complete customer order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan bulk/retail/oat/drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
2. Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging and products.
3. Maintain accurate stock records on Sage 200.
4. Communicate with the senior Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
5. Work with the Sales Department to align sales forecasts with logistics planning.
6. Manage relationships with logistics companies to meet delivery requirements.
7. Address and investigate customer delivery complaints.
8. Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate.
9. Perform other duties as required by the business.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience with Sage 200 ERP system.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Ability to meet KPIs such as on-time order delivery, warehouse GMP audits, and production in full against plan.
