They are looking for a structural engineer who has experience working on London domestic schemes. You will be expected to take ownership of technical project management and maintain strong client relationships. You will prepare fee proposals, negotiate terms and secure new project opportunities. Some experience of office fitout schemes would be beneficial, as these projects expect a quick turnaround.
