Your Impact: What Youll Be Doing Youll support the development and execution of our margin and performance strategies, helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: Analyse department- and product-level margins to understand profitability Spot trends, risks, and opportunitiesthen recommend data-led actions Lead variance analysis (actuals vs. forecasts, budgets, prior periods) Create and present clear, actionable margin performance reports to senior leaders Support pricing and promotional strategy evaluations to optimise margins Help shape budgets and forecasts with accurate margin inputs Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend changes to improve profitability Produce ad hoc reports to support strategic decisions Work closely with Buying teams to influence decisions that boost margins Collaborate with Data teams to enhance the quality and granularity of reporting What Were Looking For Were after someone whos naturally analytical, commercially aware, and confident communicating insights.
