Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) is Fife’s leading independent advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people for over 25 years. Our service is as important as ever and the organisation is keen to further develop links with our local communities, providing the support we are renowned for in locations familiar to our clients.
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the daily management and operations of the Kirkcaldy Bureau including staff and volunteers.
You will be expected to keep your skills, knowledge and experience up-to-date in all key areas of advice and service delivery to allow you to undertake quality of advice checks as well as provide the highest possible service to clients of CARF.
You will have a good standard of education, high quality personal skills and a desire to improve lives. Experience of managing people, HR issues and developing a team and services would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as supporting and delivering on CARF’s vision and values.
