To help us achieve our expansion ambitions, we are looking for an Installation Operative to join our growing team. If you have experience in civil engineering, the construction industry, or have an armed forces background, and are seeking a career in a reputable company with excellent progression opportunities, this role is for you!

You will be based at our Bracknell branch but will primarily work on customer sites, including construction, wastewater, and clean water projects, with occasional visits to the branch.


Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Promote and embody the company’s mission statement and core values to deliver high-quality installation services across the UK.
* Install pipework and assist drivers with loading and unloading vehicles, including checking paperwork, missing items, damages, and fuel charges.
* This is a physically demanding role; a good level of fitness is required.
* Identify and suggest creative solutions and processes to enhance our business’s uniqueness, attractiveness, and efficiency.
* Prioritize safety at all times, demonstrating confidence, knowledge, and experience to halt installations and advise supervisors of safety issues.


About The Role

We are seeking an Installation Operative to support our expansion. Ideal candidates will have experience in civil engineering, construction, or armed forces backgrounds, and desire a career with growth potential.

Based out of our Bracknell branch, you will mainly work on customer sites, including construction, wastewater, and clean water, with occasional branch visits.


Additional Tasks & Requirements:

* Promote safety and quality standards across all tasks.
* Be physically fit for demanding tasks.
* Work at heights, in confined spaces, and with sewage, with the ability to work alone and in challenging environments.
* Willingness to travel UK-wide and work away from home as needed.
* Hold a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.


Qualifications & Personal Attributes:

* Ability to work on client sites, including construction and water facilities.
* Flexible working hours and availability for an on-call rota, likely 1 in 3 weekends.
* Willing to travel and work away from home.
* Construction skills CSCS card (preferred).
* Water Hygiene Card (preferred).
* Confined space training (preferred).
* Forklift certification (preferred).
* Understanding of temporary/permanent pumping solutions (preferred).
