Job Title: Employment Solicitor Location: Leeds City Centre Salary Range: £35,000 to £55,000 Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities: Handling a claimant employment law caseload, including settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, discrimination, equal pay, contract disputes, redundancy and TUPE advice. Overseeing various tasks from initial expert legal advice work, through to employment litigation & tribunal/court preparation. Connecting and building relationships with members of various sectors, including but no limited to manufacturing & supply chain, logistics, transport, engineering, health & welfare, education, public sector and commercial business.
