Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Responsibilities
* Lead and support colleagues to ensure Committee Services meets business and organisational needs.
* Maintain and enhance committee support systems and procedures.
* Ensure statutory and legislative safeguarding standards are met.
* Support constitutional reviews and implement legislative changes.
* Advise elected members, senior managers, and committees on governance and decision-making.
* Lead quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with local and legislative requirements.
* Build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, partners, and customers.
* Deliver staff training and coaching on governance and decision-focused procedures.
* Support the effective operation of school appeals, including administration and clerking.
