The Role
The successful candidate will handle a full residential conveyancing caseload, working under pressure and to tight deadlines while providing excellent client care and satisfaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Pick up and develop a full residential conveyancing caseload
* Generate work and convert quotations
* Prepare and undertake necessary searches
* Client liaison and coordination with estate agents
* Produce standard contract documentation
* Cross‑refer clients to other departments
* Deal with enquiries and post‑completion related correspondence (Stamp Duty Land Tax, Companies House, balance clearance)
Working Hours & Salary
Hours: 09:00 – 17:15, Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week)
Location: Lincoln
Salary: Depending upon experience

Qualifications
Experienced conveyancer with previous experience of a residential caseload and working with a case‑management system.

* Excellent communication, written and numeracy skills
