Our client is a well-established, large organisation operating within the professional services sector.
Job Description
* Manage and oversee FM procurement activities, specifically office fit outs, HVAC and property leases.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Lead contract negotiations to ensure favourable terms.
* Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities within the procurement process.
* Ensure compliance with relevant procurement regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant
* Prior experience managing FM procurement activities within the professional services sector
* Available to start straight away and commit to the full duration of the assignment
What's on Offer
* Day rate £450-£550 inside IR35
* Hybrid working with two days a week in the office
* This role can be based from either Leeds or Manchester
