The Night Porter oversees hotel operations from sundown to sunrise, managing guest expectations and maintaining brand standards.
During the night, the role involves managing the Food & Beverage Department, welcoming guests, keeping public areas clean, and preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day.
Responsibilities include assisting with luggage, handling guest inquiries, and conducting nightly Health and Safety audits. Organisation and communication skills are essential.
Experience in a similar role and night shift work is essential.
