Job Description
Herefordshire Museums & Galleries invites expressions of interest for a creative commission titled Co:Create, part of the redevelopment of Hereford Museum & Art Gallery.
We are seeking a creative partner with experience in inclusive, participant-led practice to work with our co-production groups on an imaginative, non-traditional documentation of their journey. This stand-alone commission will explore identity, heritage, and transformation through collaborative storytelling and creative interpretation.
The commission will involve:
* Designing and delivering a programme of engagement with co-production groups
* Supporting participants in shaping the direction and format of the final creative output
* Producing an accessible, high-quality piece (e.g. zine, audio work, short film, illustrated book, or visual essay)
* Capturing the spirit and impact of co-production in a distinctive and meaningful way
Fee: £10,000 (inclusive of all costs)
Delivery period: August 2025 - 2027
Location: On-site work in Hereford and off-site development
