About the role
We’re hiring a Client Strategy Manager to support leading onsite operations for our client, at their Lutterworth distribution centre. This is a high-impact, strategic management-level role within our company, focused on delivering strategic value, operational excellence, and innovative growth initiatives. You’ll be the driving force behind recruitment, driver and warehouse logistics, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring our partnership with our large logistic client thrives.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead onsite logistics strategy and execution for the account
• Oversee recruitment and workforce planning for driver and warehouse roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams
• Plan proactively for seasonal peaks and high-volume periods
• Identify and implement new initiatives to improve service and drive client growth
• Ensure operational integrity and accountability across all touchpoints
• Respond quickly to challenges, thinking on your feet to deliver solutions
• Champion continuous improvement and forward-thinking logistics strategies
• Report directly to the Senior Customer Success Manager, providing regular updates and insights
What you bring
• Proven experience in logistics strategy and operations, ideally within the retail sector
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes for logistics roles
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Tenacious, resilient, and solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to plan ahead and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• High integrity and a proactive approach to leadership
• Experience working onsite with clients and managing complex logistics functions
• Strategic Workforce Planning expertise
• MS Project Excel (advance)
• Ownership of supporting Engagement across both immediate and wider teams
