Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor
Become an expert advisor, an inspiration, and a guide for our customers. You'll get to know each customer and their home improvement projects intimately. Your responsibilities will include sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and maintaining an attractive store environment. Training opportunities in paint-mixing and timber cutting will be available, but delivering excellent customer service will be your main focus.
What We Need
We are looking for someone who is eager to help, willing to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy helping others. Comfort with learning new technology and adapting to new ways of working is important. Teamwork and flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays are essential.
