MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN
JOB OVERVIEW
Our client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Electrician to carry out mobile maintenance works in Bristol and surrounding areas.
Their client base include but are not limited to Commercial office blocks & industrial units, Retail & Student Accommodation.
We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and over 5 years' experience in similar Electrical/ HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.
JOB RESPONSBILITIES
* Perform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
* Diagnose faults, repair, replace, and upgrade lighting, wiring, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with BS 7671.
* Conduct electrical testing, rewires, and emergency lighting maintenance.
* Handle basic Mechanical Ppms
* Maintain fire alarms, security systems, and automated controls.
* Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, keeping accurate maintenance records.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Approved Electrical Apprenticeship - Minimum requirement.
18th Edition Accreditation - Essential.
2391 Testing & Inspection - Beneficial.
SALARY & BENEFITS
1. Up to £38,000-£42,000
2. Call out Rota
3. 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday
