Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement business change strategies for large transformation programs, including process, toolset, and personnel changes.
2. Focus on logistics, including onboarding onto ships and offloading.
3. Improve tracking and accountability of equipment and personnel.
4. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders such as internal transfer teams and external warehousing partners like Wincanton.
5. Lead people through change using business change skills, with familiarity in methodologies like Prosci or APMG accreditation.
6. Assess and potentially implement modern technology solutions for asset and personnel tracking.
