What you’ll be doing
* Managing a portfolio of long‑standing hospitality clients — all accounts are already in place
* Deepening relationships, understanding workforce needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Recruiting and placing high‑quality front‑of‑house talent across London
* Acting as the go‑to partner for clients, solving problems before they arise
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient fulfilment
What you bring
* Experience in hospitality recruitment, ideally with a strong front‑of‑house focus
* A genuine understanding of the roles, pressures, and rhythms of the hospitality sector
* Confidence managing multiple client accounts and building long‑term partnerships
