The Systems Engineering department is responsible for the installation and running of all the electrical/electronic and control systems on the race car. Responsibilities
* Contribute ideas to improve mechanical design and installation processes.
* Learn rapidly in a fast-paced Formula One engineering environment.
* Collaborate with multiple departments across the Design Office.
* Engage with a wide range of car assemblies and systems.
* Apply general engineering principles to electrical system integration.
* Design mechanical components that will be used on the race car.
* Support test installations for both car and factory environments.
* Influence car performance through effective mechanical integration.
* Interpret feedback and refine designs based on real-world data.
* Communicate design intent clearly across technical teams.
Qualifications
* Studying Mechanical, Motorsport, Automotive Engineering, or similar.
* Experience with CAD and engineering drawings from projects or internships.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and quick learner of new tools.
* Inquisitive and creative approach to engineering challenges.
