What You’ll Do As a Portfolio & Structuring Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting new business and managing a portfolio of Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending (ABL) customers. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional client service, maximizing portfolio income, and managing risk effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Structuring and reviewing new client proposals, with an emphasis on larger and more complex deals. Applying strong credit and industry knowledge to identify risk mitigants within ABL structures. Building trust and a strong reputation for service excellence in the local market. Developing and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Proactively monitoring portfolio risks and conducting regular collateral assessments. Maintaining regular client contact, including on-site visits. Minimizing client attrition and maximizing fee income through negotiation and pricing. Ensuring compliance with governance and policies. Supporting and mentoring Assistant Relationship Managers. Taking ownership of all risk aspects associated with your portfolio.
