Senior Project Manager – M&E (Mechanical Bias)

We are working with a growing M&E contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee projects across London on a long-term basis.
This is a key hire for the business and would suit someone confident taking full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to delivery, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into live works.
The role offers real scope to establish yourself within the business and grow into a senior leadership position over time.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, including:
* Taking projects from pre-con handover through to completion
* Working closely with Pre-Construction and CAD teams early in the process
* Managing technical submittals, RFIs and programme delivery
* Overseeing variations, value engineering and commercial performance
* Weekly reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
* Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
Projects are London-based, with flexibility required depending on site locations.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager within M&E or building services
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
* Confident managing clients and multiple stakeholders
* Organised, proactive and able to drive projects forward
* Experience working across both office and site environments
* Comfortable using digital platforms (Google Workspace experience beneficial)
