Overview
ACL Hygienics, part of Tridon Europe, is a global leader in flow control solutions for the pharmaceutical and food & beverage sectors. We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in operating and programming CNC machinery. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and a solid understanding of CAD software. The CNC Turner will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and quality of our manufactured components.

Key Responsibilities
* Programming the machines.
* Machine Setup and Tooling: Set up CNC machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, and installing tooling and fixtures.
* Select appropriate cutting tools and make tool changes, as necessary.
* Conduct tool offsets and work offsets to ensure accurate machining.
* Need experience on Fanuc turning centers. We have Doosan Puma 4100m & 2600SY II.
* CNC Operation: Program/Set & Operate CNC machines to produce parts with precision and accuracy.
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines in optimal condition.
* Quality Assurance: Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
* Conduct in-process checks and measurements to verify accuracy and quality.
* Identify and address any issues that may affect the quality of the product.
* Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and production schedules.
Key Requirements
* Evidence of successful completion of training in programming. Proficiency in CNC programming.
* Technical certification or diploma in machining or related field is preferred.
* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, Setter, and Operator in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Familiarity with Fanuc machine controls.
