This is a hands on role for someone who is an experienced Restaurant Manager. Ideally someone who has worked in a 1 AA Rosette or above restaurant. There is an F&B Director above and so you don't need to know all the financials, however you will be able to learn and grow in this area. The restaurant is busy and also has an outside terrace. As Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the restaurant and so you must have an outgoing personality.
You will be someone who has experience with either an opening or introducing a new concept, as there will be a similar project attached to this role. You will need to be able to get the team of 60 on board for any changes and ensure everything runs smoothly
You will be an experienced Restaurant Manager who has excellent service standards and a passion for training the team to these standards. You will lead from the front and inspire as a style of management. The Restaurant Manager must have extensive knowledge of food, drinks and wine.
