A Digital Marketing Manager assists the Head of Client Services with all marketing activities. This role involves helping the company brand and market its products or services via digital platforms.

The role requires planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and maintaining social media presence across multiple channels. The Digital Marketing Manager also implements SEO strategies, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and influencer marketing.

The individual will be responsible for tracking, measuring, improving, and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. They may also collaborate with marketing teams and creatives such as graphic designers and freelance writers to create, launch, and manage online marketing initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
* Build and maintain the brand’s presence across multiple social media channels.
* Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaign budgets.
* Collaborate with media and sales teams to enhance marketing results.
* Measure key performance metrics such as website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate, and ROI.
* Coordinate with the digital marketing team to identify growth strategies.
* Prepare reports on campaign performance using analytics software to understand customer touchpoints and customer experience across channels.
* Communicate marketing activities to senior management.
* Organize promotional events like trade shows, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
* Work with advertising agencies to increase customer acquisition.
* Manage and create content for various channels.
* Evaluate and improve marketing campaigns within budget constraints.
* Identify and measure marketing outcomes to improve efficiency.


Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or related fields.
* Experience in digital marketing or advertising roles.
* Proficiency with website analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertising practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and technologies.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Proficiency with HubSpot Sales & Marketing suite.
* Familiarity with social media development strategies and online content marketing.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to analyze market trends and monitor marketing performance.
