Davis & Sons, Caldicot is a small & well established estate agency, looking to add a Sales & Lettings Administrator to our team.
A part time position of average 28 hours per week to include every other Saturday.
Experience is preferred but we will consider a candidate that has an administrative background and is looking to enter the property industry. Training provided.
The role will involve:
- general administrative duties.
- liaising with clients and customers.
- marketing and promoting properties for sale & rent.
- arranging & accompanying viewings.
- property maintenance liaison.
Applicants must be:
- outgoing and confident with great communication & customer service skills on telephone & face to face.
- well presented.
- a team player with the ability to work on own initiative also.
- organised, conscientious, hardworking & friendly.
- computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office & database programmes.
- able to drive with a full clean licence. Car available for use during working hours.
Working Hours:
9-5 four or five days a week to include every other Saturday 9-1
30 minute unpaid lunch break Monday to Friday
