Part-Time Purchase Ledger Administrator 6778
Location: Stonehouse
Hours: 4 days per week, 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Temp to perm
We’re working with a Stonehouse-based business who are looking to bring in an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to support their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid purchase ledger experience who is looking for a part time role.
Key responsibilities:

Processing high volumes of purchase invoices
*
Matching purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices
*
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries
*
Setting up new suppliers and maintaining accurate supplier records
*
Supporting payment runs and posting transactions
*
General finance administration and ad hoc support to the wider finance team
About you:
*
Previous experience within Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable
*
Confident working with finance systems and Excel
*
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*
Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy finance environment
*
Immediately available or on a short notice period
