About the School The school has a strong commitment to inclusion and works closely with families and external agencies to support pupils with SEND. Staff receive training in a range of strategies, and there is a dedicated SENCO and support team in place. The Role Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Islington, London Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only You will: Work closely with specific pupils with SEND (e.g. autism, speech and language needs, learning difficulties). Support access to learning in class and in small group interventions. Help implement strategies and support plans designed by the SENCO and class teachers. Encourage independence, confidence and positive relationships. Liaise with staff and, where appropriate, parents/carers.
