  • Review client briefs, Employer's Requirements (ERs), specifications and drawings to ensure project compliance.
  • Assist in resolving design‑related discrepancies and technical issues whilst supporting continuous improvement and innovation within the design and technical teams.

About You

We’re looking for an Architect who combines strong design ability with excellent technical knowledge and a passion for delivering high‑quality projects.

  • Qualified Architect with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Experience working across multiple RIBA work stages.

  • Experience in commercial, education, healthcare or public sector projects.
  • Knowledge of contract administration and construction‑stage services.
  • Understanding of CDM Regulations and design risk management.
  • Experience working within quality management systems and ISO 9001 processes.

Key Skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work.
  • Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of construction technology and technical coordination.
  • Ability to solve complex technical challenges collaboratively.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery requirements.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
