Paid media is one of our most powerful growth levers for the SheMed programme, with significant investment directed toward Google, Meta, and other paid platforms to drive awareness and acquisition. We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Strategist to help develop smarter, insight-led strategies that drive measurable growth and customer acquisition.
This role operates at the intersection of creative, data, and digital strategy—helping us design, execute, and iterate on campaigns that perform. You’ll translate data into action, shape our testing roadmap, inform platform-specific plans, and identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives. Your strategic leadership will help SheMed maximize marketing ROI and reach those who need us most.
This is an office-based role located in Euston, London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
What You’ll Work On
1. Monitor paid media performance: Track and interpret key metrics across channels such as Meta and Google (e.g., CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, LTV proxies, conversion funnels) and surface actionable insights.
2. Attribution modeling: Collaborate with engineering to improve cross-platform attribution (including post-iOS14 workarounds) and align ad performance with customer value.
3. A/B Testing: Work with product and marketing teams to design tests and analyze outcomes to improve landing pages and checkout experiences.
4. Data integrity & infra: Partner with engineering to enhance tracking (e.g., GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, Meta CAPI, offline conversions).
5. Forecasting & pacing: Build models to predict performance, support budget planning, and scaling efforts.
6. Market intelligence: Stay informed on trends in DTC health and women’s wellness, sharing insights on competitors and benchmarks.
7. Growth monitoring: Use dashboards to integrate ad performance into broader LTV/CAC/payback models for investor updates and strategy.
What We’re Looking For
1. 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing analytics, marketing science, or data analytics, focusing on Google & Meta platforms.
2. Understanding of technical performance elements: UTM structures, event tagging, GTM, conversion APIs, server-side tracking, etc.
3. Experience working closely with engineers on data pipelines, event tracking, and APIs.
4. Enthusiasm for strategic insights and day-to-day optimization of high-growth channels.
5. Bonus: Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, GA4, and spreadsheets.
6. Bonus: Experience in healthcare, DTC subscriptions, or clinical outcome data.
