Tasks

* Manage and organize company records, ensuring filing systems are maintained and up to date.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
* Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and provide support to other departments as needed.
* Conduct research and compile data to support company operations and decision-making processes.


Requirements

* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
