What is the role of a Cassette Repair Technician?
To repair the full range of cassettes found in our ATM estate.
What will I be doing as a Cassette Repair Technician?
1. Repair and refurbish ATM cassettes across all estates (NCR, Wincor).
2. Ensure all cassette repairs meet exacting standards and comply with stringent quality control measures.
3. Use ATMs, diagnostic equipment, and test programs to identify faults and assist with troubleshooting.
4. Ship parts to field engineers as required.
5. Update and maintain the tracking system accurately.
6. Perform repair and maintenance on test ATMs.
7. Harvest usable parts from decommissioned equipment.
8. Assist in managing and maintaining cassette operation stock and storage areas.
