Programme overview:
Our Supply Chain (Logistics and Operations) Graduate programme offers exposure to our extensive supply chain across one of Europe's largest distribution networks. Through placements in various parts of the supply chain, you'll gain broad logistics knowledge and develop into a future leader.
Programme structure:
The programme consists of four rotations, each lasting six months. The first three rotations are based at the Newark Distribution Centre, with the final rotation at a national fulfilment centre. Possible rotations include:
* Operational development involving projects to enhance supply chain processes
* Logistics and warehouse operations managing daily delivery functions
* Transport and compliance management exploration
* Managing field operations, including home delivery, white goods, and gas repairs
Support is provided throughout via our graduate development programme, including modules on communication, commercial awareness, leadership, and strategic thinking. You'll also have a mentor, monthly coaching, wellbeing sessions, and access to a network of current and former graduates.
Candidate requirements:
* Recent or upcoming graduate with a 2:1 award or expected
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
