Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. Duties
* Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
* Implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
* Monitor team performance through regular feedback and performance reviews.
* Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
* Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
