We’re hiring Machine Learning Data Associates to support a high‑profile generative AI programme focused on building responsible, human‑centred machine learning solutions. What you’ll do
1. Label and evaluate data across text, audio, speech, image & video
2. Deliver high‑quality outputs using structured guidelines and in‑house tools
3. Handle sensitive data with absolute confidentiality
4. Apply strong judgment when working with ambiguous or complex information
5. Spot patterns, identify errors, and suggest process improvements
6. Support daily operations and collaborate with a diverse global team
Languages (essential)
Fluent in French, Dutch or German (professional proficiency required)
Skills & Experience
7. Exposure to or interest in Machine Learning / AI
8. Experience with data annotation, translation, transcription, or interpretation
9. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
10. Comfort working with defined processes and productivity metrics
11. Ability to concentrate for extended periods while maintaining accuracy
12. Collaborative mindset and adaptable working style
