Receptionist - The Role:
You will be at the heart of our office operations, managing a varied range of administrative tasks while delivering excellent customer service. Your day will involve handling incoming calls, managing customer accounts, and supporting the wider team during our busiest periods. You'll need to balance independent work with effective teamwork, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the business.
Receptionist - Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and provide professional customer service support
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Carry out general office administration tasks including data entry, filing and correspondence
- Support the team during peak trading periods while managing your own workload
Receptionist - You:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally
- Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure during busy periods and manage multiple tasks
- Organised with attention to detail in administrative duties
