Salary to £100k + 10% Bonus, pension 7.5%, Hybrid (2 days per month) in Cardiff office, 30 days per year ‘work from anywhere’, 27 days holiday (raising to 32), L&D budget, health insurance, excellent maternity/paternity/adoption leave.
