Regional Service Manager Salary Details Provided on Application Bonus Car Location: Leighton Buzzard Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Background: You will be a strong and adaptable leader with experience managing teams in a customer-facing or service-led environment. You'll bring a proactive, customer-focused approach, combining operational and financial awareness with the ability to motivate teams, build lasting customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement across a busy regional service function. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the London North regional service office, ensuring operational and financial KPIs are achieved and driving continuous improvement. Lead, coach, and develop a team of field and office-based employees to deliver exceptional customer service and performance. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular account reviews, ensuring high satisfaction levels while identifying new business opportunities. Monitor and manage Service Technician activities to balance customer expectations, operational efficiency, and budgetary targets. Collaborate with internal departments to maintain service standards, improve processes, and resolve contractual and warranty issues. Oversee staff onboarding, training, and ongoing performance support, ensuring employees have the tools and guidance needed to succeed. About You Proven experience managing and motivating teams within a customer-facing or service-led environment. Strong understanding of operational and financial KPIs, with the ability to use data to drive performance and continuous improvement. Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills, with a flexible approach to supporting individuals and teams. Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing and new business. Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities, able to prioritise effectively and perform well under pressure. Excellent communication and influencing skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
