They are now seeking a proactive and dedicated Branch Manager to oversee their Newcastle office operations, lead the sales team, and contribute to the company's ongoing success.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing and managing day-to-day branch operations
* Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Implementing sales strategies to drive growth and performance
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
* Monitoring branch performance and providing regular reports to senior management
* Promoting a positive, professional working environment
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
About you
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities with proven experience managing a team and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency and motivation. You will be a results-driven individual, consistently striving to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The ability to build rapport with clients and motivate your team is essential, alongside a keen focus on achieving business growth and maintaining high standards of professionalism. To be considered for this position, you need to beeither an existing Branch Manager or a strong Estate Agent looking to progress their career.
What\'s on offer for the successful Branch Manager
* Full-time position
* £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
* £45,000 - £50,000 OTE

* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm. Alternate Saturdays with time given in lieu
