Silver Shadow Studio is a London-based CGI practice with over 11 years of experience creating high-end interior visualisations. We work with some of the world's leading interior design studios, producing images defined by accuracy, realism, and attention to detail.
The Role
The Production Coordinator is the operational link between teams, responsible for coordinating the flow of information, models and scenes, maintaining schedules and task tracking, organising feedback, and performing first-line quality control. The role ensures the pipeline runs smoothly and that all projects remain accurate, organised, and fully aligned with studio standards. This role will work directly under and report to the Studio's Production Director.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate in architecture, interior design, VFX, or a related field who has strong organisational instincts and is keen to build a career in production operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain project model lists, coordinating asset delivery between modellers and visual artists.
* Perform quality control checks on files structure and scenes.
* Track project progress in Asana and Miro, keeping tasks and feedback up to date.
* Annotate issues and delegate feedback clearly to the team.
* Provide basic rendering support (initiating renders).
* Help enforce technical and creative studio standards and assist with onboarding new artists.
Required
* Proactive attitude with strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.
* Background in architecture or interior design (BA/MA) preferred, but other relevant pathways considered.
* Must be able to understand building and technical drawings.
* Clear communicator, comfortable giving structured feedback.
* Interest in systems, operations, and growing into a production management role.
* Awareness of rendering workflows (principles of 3D rendering and asset preparation).
Nice to Have
* Awareness of 3ds Max and Corona Renderer workflows.
* Familiarity with project management practices and software (Agile/Scrum, Asana).
* Experience using Miro and Slack for collaboration.
