Job Description
* Supports the delivery of FM support services
* Improves the delivery of FM support services
* Recommends actions for improvements to delivery of FM support services
* Complies with relevant legislation. Manages Nationwide’s Facilities operations to meet legal, statutory and regulatory requirements for accessibility and disability through both an insourced function and subcontracted supply chain.
* Supports FM related governance, structures and processes that are in line with Nationwide’s overall governance requirements.
* To manage performance to ensure that customer satisfaction is a key measure of success. This will be achieved through a mixture of technical Facilities competence and behavioural competence
Qualifications
* Work towards a relevant business qualification (e.g. BIFM).
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to relate at all levels when influencing, negotiating, members, employees, suppliers (e.g. key partners).
* Be recognised as an expert in Facilities Management to drive continuous improvement into service delivery.
* Promote a culture where PRIDE is paramount.
