Project Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of key strategic business initiatives with a strong emphasis on driving complex IT enabled projects.
In this role you will be working closely with our Business Analysis team our global business and IT teams and technology partners to deliver the end-to-end solutions.
This is a key role in driving and delivering initiatives that integrate business solutions across all our technologies, from ERP to cloud-based e-commerce platforms, to warehouses and CRM.

What you will be doing:
11. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with business and technical stakeholders.
12. Build comprehensive project plans—including timelines, cut-over schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
13. Lead full project life-cycle delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
14. Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, testers, BAs, infrastructure, vendors).
15. Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide timely, clear status reporting.
16. Control scope changes by assessing impact across cost, timeline, and risk.
17. Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with minimal business disruption.
18. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
19. Provides leadership of project team members throughout the project life-cycle.
20. Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, business users, technical teams, and external partners.
21. Lead project meetings, workshops, and reviews to maintain alignment and address concerns.
22. Navigate complex environments combining ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and modern distributed/cloud applications.
23. Work closely with architects to design and implement robust integration strategies.
What we are looking for:
24. Extensive experience delivering complex full‑lifecycle IT projects.
25. Strong background working across environments involving ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and modern integrated systems.
26. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
27. Broad delivery experience across both long-term strategic programmes and short tactical initiatives.
28. Strong understanding of modern architectures and integration methods (APIs, microservices, message queues).
29. Proficiency across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
30. Skilled in project management tools such as Jira and MS Project
31. Deep knowledge of critical IT implementation stages—requirements, design, testing, cutover, go-live.
32. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
33. Confident leader who supports, motivates, and guides delivery teams.
34. Adaptable and comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
