We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant who can help inspire and support pupils through the medium of Welsh. If you love working with children, are eager to make a difference, and want to develop your career in education, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role:
Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons in Welsh
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
Foster a positive, nurturing environment that encourages pupil growth and confidence
Supervise and assist pupils during lessons, playtimes, and activities
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in Welsh (spoken and written)
A warm, patient, and supportive approach
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (advantageous but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
