This position will give the successful applicant the chance to test their professional skills and judgement at a high level and will need to quickly and effectively lead on the financial management for high profile areas of the trust. Advert Main duties: Support budget holders on achieving best value for money from resources; • Provide key transactional support to month end, preparing journals for entry into the financial system; • Support the Management Accountants with the annual budget setting process; • To investigate budgetary variances and providing responses to budget holders; • To manage the flow of monthly pay & non-pay reports to budget-holders and chase for responses; • To assist in the distribution of appropriate financial information to budget-holders.
