The Role As a TIG Welder, youll be working with a variety of materials to produce precise, clean welds for components used in specialist manufacturing. Youll play a key part in delivering quality products while maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Carry out TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and other materials as required
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
Maintain equipment and work area in good condition
Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet deadlines
What Were Looking For Proven experience in TIG welding (minimum 1 year preferred)
Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and proactive in your work
NVQ or equivalent in Welding/Fabrication (desirable but not essential)
