Document Controller - Rotational shifts Location: Paisley Shift Pattern: Rotational - 1 week day shift (6am-2pm), 1 week back shift (2pm-10pm), 1 week night shift (10pm-6am). Shifts rotate weekly, starting Sunday night. Pay: £12.90 per hour 25% shift allowance, paid weekly About the Role Manpower is delighted to be recruiting for a Document Controller on behalf of our client based in Paisley. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and supportive team, playing a key role in keeping production and quality records accurate and up to date. You'll be at the heart of the operation, making sure documentation is properly managed, distributed, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards - helping to keep everything running smoothly across departments. What You'll Be Doing Managing and issuing controlled documents to the relevant departments Checking and releasing production batches with accurate paperwork Completing and verifying batch records and material allocations Running regular reports to ensure stock data and records are correct Maintaining high standards of document control and compliance What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills Confident using Excel, Word, and ideally Power BI Comfortable working with large volumes of paperwork Good communicator who enjoys working in a team Previous experience in document control or data administration is an advantage, but full training will be provided Additional Information Onsite, office-based role in Paisley Rotating weekly shift pattern (days/back/nights) Weekly pay through Manpower Occasional weekend work may be required If you're organised, accurate, and ready for a new challenge in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you!
