We are currently recruiting for 1 Technician to work within the Process Operations Department on a full‑time basis.
The working hours for this role will be 42 hours per week, on a shift rota of 4 on 4 off – 2D/2N. This role includes bookable holidays.

About the Role
Reporting into the LCO Core Team Leader, the role will involve working as part of a closely knit team of skilled technicians to achieve and surpass processing and production targets through the use of performance management tools and process confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and practise a strong safety culture among the team while upholding a high level of GMP and adhering to 5S standards.
* Process order management using SAP systems.
* Ensure that company policies and procedures are maintained with regard to food safety, GMP, customer codes of practice, health & safety, environment and operating practices.
* Contribute to site KPIs and tactical implementation plans.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the correct leadership behaviours that a role of this nature demands. You will be a confident communicator and team player with strong attention to detail. Ideally, you will have experience in an operational role within a manufacturing or logistics environment with knowledge of lean tools and techniques. Computer skills are required, with previous use of SAP and Microsoft Office advantageous.
