This secondary school is looking for a resilient SEMH TA to support pupils who need help with emotional regulation and engagement. Your role: Supporting pupils with SEMH needs De-escalation and behaviour support Building trusted relationships Working with pastoral and SEN teams Experience in SEMH, youth work or care is ideal.
