Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering a cutting-edge communication platform for the Ministry of Defence. Your work will facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across Defence. If you are passionate about improving information access and fostering collaboration, this is your opportunity to drive tangible change. You will define requirements, set quality standards, and deliver solutions that meet the diverse needs of MOD users.
Responsibilities
* Develop clear business and user requirements, and agree on delivery objectives and goals.
* Create testing and quality criteria, and coordinate with stakeholders.
* Document and improve team processes to ensure transparency.
* Manage and evaluate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contract KPIs.
* Support the creation of a clear Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.

Person specification
Success in this role requires skills in analyzing problems and opportunities, researching business operations, and eliciting user and business needs. You should be experienced in stakeholder engagement across strategic, fast-paced environments, and capable of defining success and evaluating options within policy constraints.

Benefits

Learning & Development
