Our client is one of the largest property services groups in Europe, overseeing an extensive portfolio of leasehold blocks and estates across the UK and beyond.
They now seek an Assistant Property Compliance Manager as follows:
Hybrid working Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm, reporting to a Worcester office (3 days office based /2 days home), Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm.
Working within the compliance team with responsibility for monitoring inspections and the resulting actions required to ensure legislative compliance across the portfolio (i.e. H&S, Fire Risk etc.)
Liaising internally with Property Managers and externally with clients to ensure their blocks remain compliant as regulation / legislation evolves
Uploading documents to the in-house portal, whilst continually reviewing procedure and processes to ensure they are robust and fit for purpose
Ensure all customer information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR
Suitable Compliance applicants will come from a leasehold property background and have good general technical understanding of compliance matters (H&S, Fire Risk etc.), alongside sound organisational skills and strong written and spoken English. Good general IT proficiency is essential.
Salary for the successful Assistant Property Compliance Manager will start at up to £35k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance. Our client provides an excellent corporate benefits package in addition to a pension and generous holiday entitlement.
